American Airlines Issues Public Apology
American Airlines, which is based in Fort Worth said the storm was the problem with the weather they ever had. So American Airlines did something to help. They opened gates at the airport and tried to help, over 100,000 American Airlines passengers as things got a little better.

The airline said that when the ice and snow started to melt things got back to normal slowly. They said sorry, to the public. They called the problems with the flights the worst winter weather event that has ever happened at their big airports. The airline is talking about the winter weather event. The Association of Professional Flight Attendants is really upset. “Thousands of flight attendants are out of place” said Paul Hartshorn Jr. Who is the national communications chair for the Association of Professional Flight Attendants. Tips for Travelers Navigating Winter Travel
Airports are still getting back to normal after the storm. So travelers should think about what they need to do before they get to the airport. Evans said that people should leave a lot of time to get through the long lines and deal with any delays that might happen at the airport. The airport is going to be busy so travelers should plan ahead. Leave extra time to navigate the long service lines, at the airport.
Leave with plenty of time to get to this place especially if you have to stand in a service line because the service lines are really long. The service lines are very long so you should leave with plenty of time to get to this place.
